I give the highest of recommendations to United Business Systems. They are a family owned business and their customer service is exceptional! Any questions that arise are answered and addressed immediately. Jennifer is extremely patient and helpful with those of us who aren’t very tech savvy. She takes the time to thoroughly walk you through directions step by step. We at the Dockside Bar & Grill have been doing business with UBS for the past 8 years and look forward to continuing our relationship well into the future.

Rob is amazing to work with when having new equipment installed or moving equipment to different locations. He is top notch, he always goes the extra mile to make sure we are comfortable with new equipment and/or makes sure we don't have any further question or concerns about any work he has done for us!!! As for Bob he has ALWAYS recommended the products that are the right fit for our company's needs, we have kept these pieces of equipment far longer than anticipated!!!! I've been using United Business Systems for my copier vendor for the last 10 years. Mike Flanders and his team have always gone above and beyond to service our account. Mike always bring me solutions at all price points with the pros and cons of each. I do feel they are more of a partner to us then a vendor. They have always put our needs first and worked within our budgets.

I had to call at the last minute to have a copier moved. They were there the next day. They were more than accommodating. After rescheduling to have the copier moved back to its original location, again they were more than accommodating, only to have to call back and change the date a second time. They have gone above and beyond to help me out. I couldn't have asked for a nicer staff. Friendly, understanding. I would highly recommend them for any of your needs.

I can't say enough about the customer service here. Rich and Henry are great! Henry has been great with questions on our Oce and Rich is top-notch in service! They got us back up and running quickly!

The Village of Victor has been a customer of UBS for 11 years, when we needed to replace our B&W copier, our sales person wanted to make sure he met all our needs and get the best color copier we could. United Business Systems were awesome right from the beginning of this Attorney's search for a new copy machine. Based on the needs of this office, they made suggestions of what the Attorney might want to consider and were so very patient with our many questions, concerns, etc. The gentleman who made the delivery, set up, training, etc., was very professional and knowledgeable yet made it very comfortable to question/discuss any concerns, etc.; and they even took the huge, old "clunker" of a machine that was here! My experience from start to finish, led by Bob Honadle at UBS, was top-notch. While this company has been around, it is most definitely on the rise! Look at Trellis Marketing's new Canon imageRunner, it fits like a glove!

UBS helped our Church upgrade to a new leased copier/printer/fax and set us up with consumable pricing that is appropriate for our situation. Install day was a breeze. The team arrived on time, removed the previous machine, set up the new machine and verified that all features were functional. I would highly recommend talking with UBS before making a networked printer/copier/fax lease arrangement!
